CareerSnaps has 6 recruitment steps:

1. Response & Relevance:

-              In this step, recruiter can manage all responses that he/she has got for all actives jobs. Here recruiter can decide whether application is relevant or irrelevant.


2. Candidate's Interest:

-              In this step, recruiter can decide whether candidate is interested or not interested after having discussion on phone or mail.


3. Client approval:

-              In this step, recruiter can manage client response. If client approves profile recruiter can select approved and if not approved then recruiter can select not approved by client.


4. Interview stage:

-              In this step recruiter can arrange interview schedule by adding notes/comments. If candidate cracks all stages of interview then recruiter can say cracked and if not then failed. Recruiter can add comments at any stage and can generate report in CSV.


5. Short listing stage:

-              If candidate is shortlisted by client then recruiter can say shortlisted and if not then not shortlisted.


6. Final stage:

-              In final stage, if candidate accepts the offer and joins the company then recruiter can say offered & closed and if candidate does not accept the offer recruiter can say backout.
