Procurement Head – - Paint/Sanitary ware/Building Material

Overall responsibility for Purchasing and Cost Estimating activities across the business.

Create and implement best practice purchasing vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve business performance.

Lead respective team for procurement of RM, PM, Capex, Services, MRO (Engg.)

Plan and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to reduce the overall supply chain risk.

Prepare the Annual Procurement Budget in line with the Finance department’s guidelines.

Work closely along with the vendors / suppliers and ensure they receive the required support to

improve their overall product / service.

Mentor and continuously motivate the team for improving their individual performance and

contribute more towards the company growth.

10 - 15 Years of relevant work experience

Graduation in Engineering from any discipline + MBA from premier B-Schools

(ISB / IIMs / IITs / NITIE / MDI / FMS / IIFT / IMT / BITS / IIP / SPJ / NMIMS / BJIMS / SIOM)

15 - 20 Years of relevant work experience

Graduation in Engineering from any discipline + MBA / Masters from any other colleges
