Selected Idea would have Strong Corporate Support and will have all the muscle & scale to build up a robust business with freehand to build and develop the Business.

Professionals with entrepreneurial bent of mind specific skills, such as marketing, technology, people process, and scaling up. Professionals who have worked with established companies with successful track record of building brands in new categories - who have also exposure of working with startups or who have their own startups.

Professionals with proven track record of market share gain, launching and establishing new brands / categories. Entrepreneurial bent of mind with ability to identify opportunity and build business. 

Qualifications & Experience :

- MBA/PGDM from a Premier B School working in FMCG / Food/ Consumer Goods industry.
