- Will Lead R&D & NPD department.

- Lead R & D team at Centre of Excellence driving Innovation to lead business with High ROI, hiring & leading new resources on board.

- Developed NPD/QFD process & deployed the same across the organization with key focus on capturing consumer & market insights, so as to develop the products that can meet unmet needs of consumers & deliver an aspirational value.

- Execute the product development plan as per the AOP, meeting the cost and timelines expectations.
