KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

        Lead the implementation of the rural integration and expansion drive as per agreed blueprint

        Drive initiatives which enhance sales force productivity and performance.

        Handing sales development function for India and Creating Best in class Sales Organization

        Should Responsible for Rural Channel Sales, Urban and Rural GTM / Channel Strategy & Roll Out,

        Sales Capability- Creation & rollout of all Capability Initiative Strengthening key competencies

        Candidate will be responsible for developing a strong sales pipeline, converting, this in to new business and managing existing client accounts to realize their full potential.

        Candidate will lead the entire Go-to-Market and end-to-end sales process

        Candidate will be responsible for Sale Automation Process.

        Providing competitor intelligence/market intelligence and contribute to all sales meetings

        Overall responsibility for the development and execution of all long and short-term Sales Development strategies and Sales process improvement initiatives

 

 

The candidate should have total experience of 12-20 Years

(Minimum 4-5 years of Sales Development experience)
