- To look after Business Development of soft trims and NVH components to OEM. Planning till final production line and Managing Technical Presentations at Regional level.
- Responsible for maintaining cordial relations with the buyer at OEM end to provide timely response on RFQ etc.
- RFQ study, Quote Preparation, Part & Tool Cost negotiation with customer with due support from CFT.
- Review with Program schedule with CFT, ensuring all the internal teams are adhering to the set schedule.
- Involved in costing and pricing of the product (need in-depth knowledge of costing elements, tool development, contacts with tool developers etc).
- Thorough understanding of PPAP and APQP processes and its application.
- Interface with cross functional work teams such as field applications, customer support/services, product management, manufacturing and marketing/sales.
