1. Should define the sales target for the organization in consultation with top management team, across GT, MT, Retail and Wholesale verticals and spearhead the team to achieve the same
2. Shall be responsible for entire Sales Target. Must be able to guide & help the team for entire sales cycle.
3. Responsible for sales across all channels, i.e wholesale, retail, general trade and modern trade
4. Establishing ties with Distributors etc.
5. To lead a team of Regional Sales Managers across all regions- Pan India
6. Should have experience in Sales of FMCG Products (Non Food items) or Pharmaceuticals
7. Should be leading a team of 5-10 Regional Managers for min 2-3 years
8. Should be currently responsible for national (preferable) or at least any two regions contributing significantly to the overall target.
