Must have led Bakery brand / business (Biscuits,
cakes, rusks, etc) for 3-4 years as their current or previous role. Categories
of interest are hair, skin, body and men’s grooming. Also done sales for a few
years. ·
Must have worked in established set up of large
FMCG companies, has interfaced and collaborated across functions like R&D,
Supply Chain, sales, legal. ·
Must have experience in leading
products/innovations, concept/proposition and communication across all media
options like TV, digital, Print, POS, radio etc. ·
Be able to build and measure brand equity,
sales/shares and related analytics. ·
Must be fully operational in all areas of
marketing – strategy, innovations, communication, consumer insights, product
and packaging design etc. ·
Must have launched Innovative new
products/communication in market in recent past. ·
Must be conversant with all relevant benchmarks
for all marketing elements on cost, time, etc. ·
Must have reasonable familiarity with external
partners in planning, creative, design, innovations and digital. ·
Exposure to other markets beyond India would be
a plus.
