Impacting
the organization profits & revenue through effective strategic and
tactical management decisions and new business development; designing new
business models for achieving operational excellence ·
Working
towards maximizing ROI by conducting promotion planning & execution;
collaborating with sales leadership team to ensure formulation and implementation
of sales strategy ·
Design
Distribution Expansion & Go-to market strategy for key brands under
Mobility and Home Solutions category: Targeted distribution/New product
launches ·
Defining
channel strategy, including development of channel partners activities;
expanding the channel business by sourcing new partners and maintaining
efficient business relationships with existing partners to enhance
profitability of business operations ·
Identify
expanding and emerging markets, ensure distribution gaps are identified and
closed ·
Qualitative
planning & implementation of schemes and promotional activities in select
markets for low base products ·
Ensure
accurate forecasting, timely remittances, stock reconciliation and focused
approach to merchandising ·
Conduct regular
and timely feedbacks from Customers, retailers and distributors ·
Driving
inputs; customer feedback into designing new products Experience Required (Minimum relevant or equivalent
industry experience required Please also state what might be desirous / advantageous) ·
6-10 years of experience in Mobile OEM/FMCD/FMCG Academia (The minimum / critical
qualifications you deem necessary for this profile.) ·
Post Graduate with good academic background Personal Attributes ·
