·         Manage Accounts Payable including effective cash utilization and cash balance .Oversee daily operations of the finance department

·         Day to day accounting and finance functions. Interface between Accounts Executives & Sr. Management of Finance & Accounts.

·         Compile annual cost budget, track the same monthly by generating monthly MIS in the area of General expenses, lead and drive discussion with all the budget owners & compliance as per the company policy 

·         Ensuring that organization has appropriate compliance framework related to all applicable laws, regulations and internal policies

·         Legal compliances Ensuring adherence and documentation with respect to all legal matters

·         Budgeting and Variance Analysis 

·         Statutory and Legal Compliance 

·         Review and implementation of Internal Financial Policy and ensure its Compliance 

·         Compliance of Direct and Indirect Taxation Laws 

·         Funds/Cash Flow Management 

·         Handle Financial and Operations Audit 

·         Review and present MIS Reports 

·         Introduce and constant monitor activities for Cost Saving/Optimization 

·         Preparation of annual statutory accounts 

·         Manage the audit process to ensure accounts are filed in line with statutory requirements
