Implement
the global and country level brand strategy to achieve market leadership. Ø
Engage with
multiple regional stake holders like Sales & Distributor teams to align and
implement strategy. Ø Manage
advertising, media agencies as well as consultants to develop suitable brand
campaigns in line with the strategic intent. Product
Management: Ø Keep a close
check on the markets and consumers to identify new trends/insights. Ø Develop
business case for new products or variants to be developed Ø Ensure product feedback from various countries on existing brands are
funneled back to R&D. Ø Monitors and track competitive activity in key markets Drive
Customer Experience Initiatives: Ø Develop
marketing programs that drive a superior customer experience at key touchpoints
like showroom, Digital & On ground. Key Deliverables: ·
