Job Summary: 

- Product development & Product Management 
- Product Life Cycle Management 
- Support Business growth (revenue, new acquisition & renewal, Client Servicing, Product offering and pricing customization) 
- Strategic alliance and partnerships 

Product Development & Management 
 
• Support strategic product priorities for business for driving continuous growth in subscriber base 
• Competition Analysis- to keep close tap on competition and develop key differentiation with compelling customer proposition, to support launch innovative, industry first programs for OneAssist to maintain product superiority in the market place. 
• Product planning & Development for segment wise penetration, support in designing customized programs for partnerships & Channels 
• Track various Product performance metrics like, Product Mix, Channel mix, SKU contribution & category P&L, new customers acquisitions, revenue generated and renewal metrics 
• Partner Management - Partner evaluation & partnerships including insurance companies & service partners, commercials & SLA management to optimize product Cost & customer experience 
• Internal Team Management- Job will require coordination with various internal team 
• Customized Product and pricing – Support the Business with customized product and pricing offerings. 
 
Category Growth & Revenue 
 
• Support Business/Sales teams across products & channels in sales & program management to meet quarterly business volumes and value  
• Understand the partners’ business and define ways and means to drive value to them to enhance our business share 
• Drive product mix and upgrade product suite to meet Value & Profitability goals 
• Develop channel support & customer promotions from time to time to drive subscriber base growth 
• Design & Support training aids & material for the business and customer service team 
• Process design & automation drive to enhance superior customer journey 
 • Strategic Partnership, customized process and product designing.
