Strategic
- Define the
Organization’s commercial strategy in line with the business
- Survey the
environment to keep abreast of trends and best practices in the area of
structuring and award of contracts in the Real Estate industry, nationally
and internationally;Â Develop
appropriate strategies to address / incorporate the same in BCDPL
- Lead the development and management of a global
contractor database; Periodically update the same through continuous
research and market scanning
- Provide
functional guidance to ensure standardization of Commercial practices
across the Organization; Develop / update Department SOPs; Lead the
development of a framework for structuring & award of different types
of contracts (long / short-form, new, non-repetitive within a project etc)
