Strategy Senior Management

Key Responsibilities: 

Develop and apply change management processes and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by the company. 

Conduct impact analyses, assemble strategic insights, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders. 

Develop an understanding of the business environment and help develop long term strategy for the company 

Collaborate with teams to define objectives and set key performance metrics. 

Conduct research, stakeholder interviews, brainstorming sessions, and on upcoming projects. 

Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Chairman, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature 

The profile requires close working with the Chairman along with respective business heads to achieve strategic objectives. The profile requires strategic thinking, multi-tasking, ability to conceptualize and innovate, change management, designing and implementing new processes, attention to detail, working under deadlines and interpreting data. The profile provides exposure to diverse challenges faced by senior management. He/she will have to understand existing systems and processes across different businesses, benchmark them against the best practices and come up with strategic inputs that will design the vision of the group. Will be responsible for studying respective business categories understand trends, developments in India and abroad and provide Chairman with strategic inputs and insights 

Desired Profile 

2 -4 years of overall experience with minimum 1 years of strategy experience 

- B.Tech / MBA from top tier colleges in India. 

- Have worked in top recognized management consulting firm like BCG, Mckinsey, E&Y etc. for at least 1 years. 

- Must have exposure in Strategy Development, P&L management, Business Planning and Analysis (Portfolio and project Management, Cost optimization to meet desired ROI, budget planning, Business process streamlining), Team Management & people development, Pricing & negotiations, Performance analysis.
