Head Human Resources Role requirements: • HR & General Administration • Recruitment, Selection & Induction • Industrial Relations • Statutory Compliance • Labour Law Management • Employee Welfare & Engagement • Organizational Development • Training & Development • Coaching & Counseling • People Management & Leadership Job Responsibility: • Responsible for all HR & Admin functions, which
includes Payroll Management,
Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management System,
Talent Management, Employee Engagement, job evaluation, Statutory Compliances, Campus Process,
General Administration, IR Management & Counseling, effective liaisoning
with various Govt. Authorities. • Responsible for IR Management & Counseling, Wage Settlement
and consequence IR activities like preliminary Enquiries, Charge Sheets,
Domestic Enquiries, Dismissals, Grievance Handling as per model or company
Standing Orders, Conciliation Proceedings, Labour courts and Tribunals. • Overall co-ordination of manpower planning, induction and
ensuring cultural fit • Managing Appraisal process across the levels and
establishing framework for substantiating Performance Appraisal system linked
to Reward Management. • Organizing managerial and technical trainings: training
programs based on the training need analysis to enhance the manpower skills
& efficiency. • Formulating two-way formal as well as informal internal
communication channels to bring transparency in industrial relation system.
Communicating with employee union and line management to keep good industrial
Harmony. • Institutionalizing the sustainable HR policies which are in
long-term interest of the organization. • Negotiating with union counsel and employees for issues
related to work like employees discipline and employee deployment • Managing legal cases pertaining to Labour Dept./ Court,
High Court and Supreme court, PF Department, ESIC Department, Pollution
Department, Department of Factories. • Ensuring that workers deployed are provided with all the
basic amenities for healthy work environment • Interfacing with government authorities such as Dept. of
Labor, Dept. of Factories and Enforcement Authorities on matters of Labour Laws • Ensure efficient attendance record conformity with the
company policies and processors. • Ensure effective security arrangements of Company’s
personal properties. • Ensure Employees Relations and Retention Strategies:
ensuring awareness and timely dissemination of policies and practices,
encouraging openness and transparency, actively listening and voicing employees
concerns. • Ensure arrangement of transportation, supply of hygienic
food and cold water, hygienic sanitation condition and work environment. • To ensure harmonious relations with employees and smooth
functioning of plant operations by conducting open houses at department level. • To ensure accurate & timely performance appraisals of
employees. • To co-ordinate with HODs in the matters pertaining to
Personnel Management, HR and Industrial Relations. • To ensure Manpower planning, budget, manpower cost and
monitor with reference to productivity. THE PERSON A focused, energetic and
result oriented professional with around 18 Years of experience in Factory
Human Resources, Employee Relations and Union Handling, Long Term Settlements,
Talent Management and High Performance Work Systems. EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION • Full time regular MBA.
