Key responsibilities: 4. To head a state or a part of large state in delivering objectives of the FMCG business through a large team of sales executive (10-12 per head) and distributors in his area 5. To design and execute the strategy for his/her area along with the Regional Sales Manager 6. To work along with Regional Sales Manager to identify various links in the distribution chain (distributors, retailers etc) in his area and appoint them Ideal profile 1 or 2: 1. Someone from FMCG, preferably bakery category Tier 1 MBA candidate with 2-5 years of experience and someone who has relevant experience in managing GT in an area OR 2. Someone from FMCG, preferably bakery category next rung MBA institute / non-MBA/ Ranker/someone risen up the ranks with 5-10 years of experience and someone who has relevant experience in managing GT in an area as an ASM 3. Cultural Aspects : A self-starter, ability to work in ambiguity and chaos, entrepreneurial setup (personality archetype of someone who can work in a private equity funded company setup where there is tremendous self drive, ambiguity and entrepreneurial style of functioning needed)
