6.      Meet plant expectations on training, understanding the product details, process details, consumer defects, so to help plant to make products meeting the design requirement. 

7.      Work closely with quality and production team to ensure that the efficiency and quality norms are met on the existing and new products. . 

8.      Technical evaluations of co-packer options and establish processes at the co-packer end to deliver superior quality products. 

9.      Support Mktg. team  for NPD/EPD rollout
